- Gender pay gap: 36/40 points

- Gender parity among the 10 highest earners: 5/10 points
Progress targets
- Target Pay gap indicator: reduce unjustified pay gaps between women and men by continuing the corrective actions already undertaken, with the aim of achieving a score of 40/40 by 2027, while ensuring regular monitoring by HR management.
- Individual pay increase gap indicator target: gradually reduce the gap in the distribution of individual pay increases between women and men, with the aim of achieving a score of 35/35 by the end of 2027, based on a fair and objective review of pay increases during annual campaigns.
- Objective Indicator for pay rises on return from maternity leave: maintain a score of 15/15 by systematically guaranteeing equal treatment in terms of pay rises on return from maternity leave, in accordance with legal provisions and our commitment to true equality, and thus define an eligibility rule for the 2025 performance reviews.
- Objective Indicator ten highest salaries: maintain a minimum score of 5/10, with the ambition of achieving gender parity in the coming years, i.e., 50% women among the ten highest salaries.
